SIPA arrests CBC prosecutor Meho Bradic on suspicion of bribery in corruption probe
Acting on the order of the Special Department for Combating Corruption, Organized and Inter-cantonal Crime of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (POSKOK), and under the supervision of the acting FBiH prosecutor of the Special Department of the Prosecutor’s Office of the FBiH, officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested a prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Central Bosnia Canton, Meho Bradic.
As confirmed to FENA by POSKOK, Bradic was arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “Receiving a bribe and other forms of benefit” under Article 380 of the Criminal Code of the FBiH.
The offense was documented through special investigative measures that were carried out.
Based on an order of the Special Department of the Supreme Court of the FBiH, and under the supervision of the acting prosecutor, searches are currently being conducted of the suspect, as well as of official and private premises used by him.
