Prime Minister of Tuzla Canton, Irfan Halilagic, announced today at a press conference that a government reshuffle is imminent, as two ministers have decided to take up the mandates they won in the recent local elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Minister Hajrudin Mehanovic has accepted the position of Mayor of Gradacac, and yesterday I was informed that Denis Becirovic plans to accept his mandate in the Tuzla City Council and will resign,” said Halilagic.

The changes concern the Ministry of Internal Affairs, held by the SDA party, and the Ministry of Trade, Tourism, and Transport, held by the Democratic Front. These political entities are now tasked with discussing and proposing new ministers for the vacant positions.
