Zakharova: We are convinced Serbia is aware of risks of supplying Kiev with munitions

Zakharova emphasised that Moscow has taken note of recent comments by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic regarding defence industry products, when he responded to a May 29 statement by Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service about Serbian defence companies supplying Kiev with munitions, which contradicts Serbia’s proclaimed neutrality.

We believe that the announced measures will enable quick identification and termination of suspicious export deals, which will prevent Serbian military products from reaching unwanted recipients, Zakharova said.

She expressed hope that Belgrade will take effective and sufficient measures to ensure that nothing casts a shadow on its good relations with Moscow.
