Diplomat and publicist Fuad Djidic stated during a session of Krug 99 on the topic “Srebrenica: The Nature of Evil and the Intelligence Cover-Up of Genocide” that insiders from the Clinton administration have confirmed that the genocide in BiH — from Brcko and Prijedor to Srebrenica — was monitored “live”.

He emphasized that the key evidence for this is the testimony of CIA insiders, found in a long-forgotten April 11, 1996 New York Times Review article titled “Bosnia: What the CIA Didn’t Tell Us.”
According to Djidic, the article states that the entire course of the “bloody events in Bosnia” was filmed by cameras on American U-2 spy planes, satellites, newly developed Predator drones, microphones and long-range antennas used by the NSA, and the RC-135 Rivet Joint spy plane, which intercepted all battlefield communications.

He added that Samantha Power wrote about satellites above Srebrenica sending around 5,000 photos daily to a base in Italy — a fact also confirmed by Mathias Fink in his book “Srebrenica.” The CIA publicly acknowledged the genocide only on August 10, 1995, following a tough diplomatic battle by Madeleine Albright, who presented the UN Security Council with before-and-after photos showing mass graves in Nova Kasaba.
He also recalled that Richard Goldstone, the first ICTY Prosecutor, protested to the U.S. Embassy in The Hague on October 30, 1995, demanding better evidence after being provided “worthless” material. Goldstone eventually gained access to CIA archives that helped identify 15 mass graves.
Djjidic stressed that insider testimonies also confirm that the CIA archives still hold hidden audio recordings of conversations between Belgrade and General Ratko Mladic, as well as Predator drone video footage above Srebrenica — material that could still inspire new efforts to uncover more evidence.
He concluded with a crucial question: could the Srebrenica genocide have been prevented earlier, since the CIA possessed footage of trucks transporting people to Brcko, who were later killed. He also criticized the fact that much of this critical material remains buried, asking what governments like Germany, France, and the UK still know — given they had their own advanced surveillance capabilities but denied the genocide at the UN.
