The local SDS strongly condemned what it described as "brutal, politically motivated abuse of the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska and the Criminal Police Directorate, which openly serves as a weapon of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) regime to crack down on dissenters and overthrow the democratically elected government in Teslic".
