Palestine’s Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Rezeq Namoora, reacted to the attack of Israeli forces on the Palestinian demonstrators, who raised their voices against the relocation of the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

“At the time of the marking of the 70th anniversary of Palestinian Nakba, the peaceful protests of Palestinian citizens in Gaza, West Bank and occupied Jerusalem against the relocation of the US Embassy to the holy Jerusalem continue…”, the ambassador said.

According to Namoora, dozens were killed and thousands injured in the attack, and, as he said, by deciding to relocate the Embassy “the US grouped itself as a partner in aggression against our peaceful and unarmed people.”

“On behalf of our state and our people, we confirm our aspiration for a just peace and we are extending a hand of peace that is grounded on the international law resolutions, through holding of an international peace conference between us and the occupying country within a well-known timeframe for ending the occupation in line with the initiative by President Mahmoud Abbas, which was adopted by the (Palestinian) National Council,” said the ambassador.
