Agrokor emergency manager visits Bosnia

Agrokor’s emergency manager Fabris Perusko is staying in Bosnia and Herzegovina, N1 learned.

The Croatian government’s appointee met with Bosnia’s Foreign Trade Minister Mirko Sarovic and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina entity Prime Minister Fadil Novalic, on Tuesday morning.  

N1 also learned that interlocutors discussed the situation in Bosnian companies owned by Agrokor and ways to stabilise the situation. Bosnia’s Union of Trade, as well as the union commissioner for Agrokor Blazenka Markovic told N1 that they had no information concerning the possible meeting with the emergency manager.  

Bosnia’s Indirect Taxation Authority told N1 that Agrokor owned companies in Bosnia have no VAT debts.
