A cultural and sports event called Telemach Winterhana market & fun zone opened on Bjelasnica on Saturday and it will offer all its visitors a rich sport and recreational content intended for the entire family. The event will last two months.

At the beginning of the opening ceremony, Head of the Trnovo Municipality Ibro Berilo welcomed everyone to Bjelasnica and added that this municipality is one of the sponsors of this event.

“This international and well-known ski resort is part of our local community, and we are making every effort to return it to its former glory, which is evident from the results of our previous work,” Berilo said. “Together with the Sarajevo Canton Government, ZOI 84 company and other institutions, Trnovo Municipality is doing everything to make this resort important not only for our local community and the Canton but also for the entire country.”

Sarajevo Canton Tourism Association is also sponsoring the event and their PR Adisa Kusundzija called on all the public to visit Bjelasnica mountain when ever they can during the winter season.

“The Winterhana and the opening of the tourist season are just some of the projects the Tourism Association gladly supports. We’re trying to make your stay in Sarajevo Canton as eventful as possible and we hope you’ll enjoy your stay at Bjelasnica,” Kusundzija said.

Director of the ZIO 84 company Nervers Alispahic said that this public company is one of the partners of the event and that they will continue to support such events in the future because they promote the Bjelasnica ski resort.
