The largest Greek air carrier, Aegean Airlines, established a new Sarajevo – Athens flight for the 2019 summer season.

The Sarajevo – Athens direct flight will fly twice a week, on Thursday and Saturday, in the period from June 13 to September 14, connecting the two capitals with the possibility of connecting other Greek cities and islands.

Passengers will also be able to connect flights for Cyprus as well as some Middle Eastern and North African destinations.

The new flight is also expected to improve the tourist and business cooperation between the two countries and add to the growing number of passengers flying from the Sarajevo International Airport.
