The relocation of several hundred migrants from the makeshift Vucjak camp near Bihac in northwestern Bosnia began early on Wednesday afternoon.

The first bus full of migrants, on which there was at least one police officer, was seen leaving the camp shortly before 1pm and passing by media crews kept about 4 kilometres from the campsite.

According to unofficial sources, a dozen buses have been secured to transfer the migrants to other locations in the country. Most of them are expected to be accommodated in a former army barracks in Hadzici, about 20 kilometres from Sarajevo.
