Several hundred migrants were caught by the Wednesday night snowfall out in the open in Tuzla, relying on help from volunteers and international organisation because local authorities are not doing anything to tackle the problem.
More than 10,000 migrants passed through Tuzla since the beginning of 2018 when the migrant crisis intensified in Bosnia as surrounding countries closed their borders.
Most stayed in a tent camp they set up at the local bus station.
Volunteers have been appealing to the local government to deal with the problem for the past year but to no avail.
