Police in Sarajevo removed 175 migrants out of a house which does not have a permit for accommodation in the Stup neighbourhood on Thursday, the Sarajevo Canton Interior Ministry and the Service for Foreigner’s Affairs said.
The migrants will be transported to several migrant reception centres where they will be identified, registered and examined by doctors.
The Service for Foreigner’s Affairs warned of illegal private accommodation capacities and the threat they may pose to the security situation.
On February 28 police moved 154 migrants from the same building.
