LIVE UPDATES: Bosnia has 125 COVID-19 cases, curfews introduced across country

19:22 Another resident of Konjic has tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the number of cases in the town to 17 and across the country to 125.

18:34 Republika Srpska recorded another 31 COVID-19 patients on Saturday, bringing the total number to 90 in the country’s Serb-dominated region and to 124 across Bosnia and Herzegovina.

08:07 Another person tested positive for COVID-19 in the central Bosnian town of Travnik, health authorities confirmed on Sunday morning, bringing the total in the country to 94.

The number of COVID-19 cases in Bosnia has rapidly increased throughout the past week and the country saw its first coronavirus-related death on Saturday.

Both of Bosnia’s semi-autonomous regions introduced curfews and a series of strict measures to prevent the virus from spreading.
