It is usually nearly impossible to see the streets of Mostar, one of the main tourist centres in the country, empty but this is the case currently as the coronavirus crisis takes its toll.
Shops and restaurants are closed, as per an order by authorities in the Federation (FBiH) region, and one can only come across a few construction workers on the job when walking the streets as citizens seem to be obeying the measures authorities introduced to contain the virus.
