A record high 316 cases of COVID registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina

In the last 24 hours, 316 new cases of infection with COVID-19 have been reported in Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to the data collected by the local epidemiological authorities on Saturday.

As many as 197 persons in the Federation have been diagnosed with this disease, and another 119 in the Serb entity.

The authorities restrict the number of attendees in public gatherings to no more than 50.

As of midnight Friday, holders of Bosnia-Herzegovina passports are banned from entering Croatia, with the exceptions specified such as tourists who have already booked their accommodation in Croatia, however, they are required to have a test showing that they are negative to COVID, and this test must be taken within 48 hours before their entry into Croatia.

Persons with Croatian passports travelling from Bosnia and Herzegovina into Croatia face no restrictions since they are treated as all other citizens of the European Union.
