Authorities begin exhumation in Medov do, search for remains of war victims
An expert team of the state Prosecutor’s Office began on Tuesday excavating a location in Medov do, in the eastern Olovo municipality, searching for the remains of Bosniak war victims.
The spokesperson of Bosnia’s Institute for Missing Persons, Emza Fazlic, told the Fena news agency that the Institute has witness reports saying that four victims who disappeared in 1992 might be buried in that location.
The excavation will last for at least two days.
