The visit by Bosnia Presidency Chairman Sefik Dzaferovic to Pakistan, planned for October 20, has been cancelled due to the deteriorated epidemiological situation, the Presidency said on Saturday.

Dzaferovic's trip to Pakistan, scheduled for late October, was supposed to be his first individual official visit to a foreign country.

A statement issued by the Presidency said the new date would be timely announced.

Earlier on Saturday, Bosnia's Security Ministry stated that minister Selmo Cikotic, who was supposed to be a part of the state delegation in Pakistan visit, tested positive for the coronavirus.
