Russia's Lavrov to postpone visit to Bosnia over contact with infected person

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will have to self-isolate himself due to contact with a person infected with the new coronavirus, TASS news agency reported Tuesday, referring to the Department of Information and Press of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

TASS reported that Lavrov felt good but that all planned visits and meetings will be postponed lending the end of the self-isolation period.

Bosnian Foreign Minister Bisera Turkovic was supposed to meet with Lavrov on Wednesday, who was to pay a working visit to the country. After the meeting between Turkovic and Lavrov, an official meeting of the delegations of the two ministries was also planned, the Ministry said.

Bosnian Presidency confirmed that all activities regarding Lavrov's visit to Bosnia have been cancelled until further notice.
