Bosnian citizens living in countries that have difficult or fully suspended postal traffic to Bosnia and Herzegovina will be able to send their voting materials to the Diplomatic and Consular Missions in those countries, which will submit these materials to Bosnia’s Central Election Commission (CEC).
According to the CEC, so far it was determined that Bosnia does not have postal traffic with Hungary and Finland and that it is very difficult with Canada, America and Australia.
Thus, this decision applies only to Bosnians living in these countries for now.
The local election in Bosnia is set for November 15.
