Bosnian Serb entity PM rejects High Rep's report to UN Security Council

Bosnian Serb entity Prime Minister Radovan Viskovic thanked Russia and its UN Security Council representatives, Friday, who said it is high time the international community's Office of the High Representative, in charge of overseeing the implementation of the civilian aspect of the Dayton Peace Agreement which ended the 1992-1995 war in Bosnia, leaves the country.
