Two people were injured in a shooting that took place in Sarajevo’s Old Town on Tuesday evening, the spokesperson of the Sarajevo Canton Interior Ministry, Mirza Hadziabdic. Reportedly, the gunman was disguised as Santa.

The two victims requested medical help and the perpetrator escaped the crime scene, he said, adding that a manhunt is ongoing.

N1's Semir Mustafic reported from the site, saying that the blood stains were visible on the pavement where the shooting took place.

Employees of a nearby fast-food restaurant said they were told by their guests they saw a man masked as Santa running down the street and carrying a gun.
