Bosnia confirms 157 new coronavirus cases, more than 500 patients recover

The new results came from 1,497 lab tests performed among those who reported symptoms.

The total of 124,101 infections with the novel coronavirus has been reported since the epidemic outbreak in Bosnia's two semi-autonomous regions, the Federation (FBiH) and Republika Srpska (RS), as well as Brcko District.

To this date, 4,813 fatalities among Covid-19 patients have been confirmed in the country, while 98,470 have recovered from the disease.

Only the FBiH authorities reported 526 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

The country performed a total of 614,243 coronavirus lab tests on its population.
