The head of the Bishops' Conference of BiH, Cardinal Vinko Puljic, the Archbishop of Vrhbosna, sent a Christmas card to Pope Francis on Sunday, thanking the Holy Father "for all the encouraging messages during this pandemic that support the hope of the faithful."

“Together with you, I thank God for all the graces he has given through your priestly service and your consecration,” Cardinal Puljic wrote to Pope Francis, KTA reports.

Joining the congratulations of the “crucified Church in Bosnia and Herzegovina” to many other congratulations to be sent to the Holy Father, the Archbishop of Vrhbosna sent the most sincere Christmas greetings to Pope Francis on behalf of bishops, priests, monks, nuns and all candidates on behalf of all the faithful in BiH.

Finally, he asked to bestow his apostolic blessing on all.
