One hundred percent of companies use a fixed broadband Internet connection, while 75.6 percent of companies provide portable devices that enable mobile Internet connection, and 66.7 percent of companies have a website. Web business is used by 27.5 percent of companies.

The results of the research on the use of information and communication technologies in households and individually in the FBiH, for 2023, showed that 70.8 percent of households own a computer and 79.8 percent of households have an Internet connection, the FBiH Statistics Institute announced.

In the urban type of settlement, computers are represented in 71.6 percent of households, while in other types of settlements, computers are found in 70.1 percent of households.
