The fifth shipment of coronavirus vaccines from the EU4Health mechanism has arrived in Bosnia on Tuesday containing 10,530 doses of the BioNTech/Pfizer vaccine.

The vaccines arrived at the Gradiska border crossing, BiH Civil Affairs Ministry said adding that they “feel safer under the EU umbrella.

A total of 214,000 Pfizer vaccines from the EU4Health mechanism are expected to come to Bosnia via the Austrian Government. The mechanism is also expected to provide 380,000 AstraZeneca vaccines from Poland.
