Banja Luka mayor at Eid ceremony: I am truly happy to be here today

Stanivukovic appeared at the central event in the northern city of Banja Luka, after the believers finished the morning prayer and attended the Eid sermon at the Ferhadija mosque.

“I am truly happy to be here today with our friends Bosniaks, here in Banja Luka, to share this happiness and joy of this important holiday with them,” Stanivukovic said.

Banja Luka mufti Nusret Abdibegovic conveyed a message, saying that Eid is the moment of happiness and that he was happy to say that the faithful in Banja Luka region spent the holy month of Ramadan in peace.
