Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elvira Stanojlovic, who handled a criminal complaint filed by Deputy Chief State Prosecutor Dzermin Pasic against Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganic, has been reassigned by his decision from the Anti-Corruption Section to the Organized Crime Section, several sources confirmed for Detektor.

Prosecutor Cazim Hasanspahic, previously working in the Terrorism Section, has also been transferred to the same unit. Pasic, meanwhile, has been reassigned from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption to the Special Department for War Crimes.

Pasic filed the criminal complaint against Kajganic and prosecutor Vedrana Mijovic over their handling of the case concerning an attack on the constitutional order, in which the investigation was discontinued against Milorad Dodik, Radovan Viskovic and Nenad Stevandic.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH said the transfers were made to strengthen the capacity of the Organized Crime Section, particularly for work on cases involving evidence from encrypted applications Sky and Anom.

According to Detektor, Stanojlovic also handled the case known as 'Vila Dedinje', in which an investigation is being conducted against Milorad Dodik over the purchase of a villa in Belgrade. The Center for Investigative Reporting (CIN) previously reported that Dodik claimed he paid for the villa with a bank loan, although the loan from Pavlovic Bank was taken out later, raising suspicions that it may have served as retroactive cover.
