BiH Constitutional Court rejects Dodik’s appeal, confirms loss of RS Presidency mandate

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has rejected an appeal filed by former president of BiH's Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Milorad Dodik, challenging the criminal verdict issued by the State Court of BiH, and has upheld the decision of the Central Election Commission (CIK). In line with the ruling of the BiH State Court, the CIK stripped Dodik of his mandate as President of Republika Srpska and scheduled early elections for the entity’s presidency. Pročitaj više
