The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina unanimously adopted the 2025 state budget Tuesday, amounting to 1,570,500,000 Bosnian marks (some €802,000,000), N1 confirmed. The new budget is higher compared to the previous one.
Additionally, it was confirmed that the Draft Law on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina was withdrawn from the session's agenda.
Council of Ministers Chair Borjana Kristo, announced that another EU-related law was adopted at Tuesday's session—the Draft Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH.
"We have just adopted the Draft Law on the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations for 2025, as well as the Draft Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH at the session of the Council of Ministers. We continue to work tirelessly on EU reforms," Kristo wrote on X.
