He recalled that in 2019, a self-assessment - the SEL-1 - was performed and that last year NATO performed an assessment.

“A final assessment by NATO will take place next year, and in 2022 the Battalion Battle Group should be ready to be sent to the base of the NATO forces,” Podzic said.

The assessment is one of the commitments BiH took over in 2017, Podzic said, adding that he hopes that the upcoming exercise will be successful.
