On July 11, a protest note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia arrived at the address of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which the BiH ministry described as a "political pamphlet full of historical revisionism".

The BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the very act of sending such a note on July 11, a painful date in the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina, represents an insult both to the victims and their families, as well as to all BiH citizens.

“Political elites persistently continue to involve the entire Serb people in their defense of genocidal policies and continue to deny the genocide,” the ministry said.

It stressed that the UN member states that respect the international order based on the rule of law as a fundamental value, respecting the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and positive diplomatic practices, do not communicate in the way stated in the note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia.

“Therefore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina refused to receive the submitted political pamphlet full of historical revisionism,” the statement said.
