"It is a great honor and pleasure for me to once again be chosen as the best female athlete of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This award will certainly be an important motivation for me in my future work. Here at the University of Virginia, I am working and training hard and representing my country with pride. I am striving to continue achieving many results in the coming period that will make us just as happy as before. Thank you for your support and trust, and for building together a better and more beautiful future for Bosnian-Herzegovinian sport," Pudar said.
On behalf of the Olympic family of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the President of the Olympic Committee of BiH, Izet Radjo, addressed those present.
"Today we are here to celebrate sport, but also to celebrate the values that sport carries: responsibility, dedication, courage, and unity. These are values that do not belong only to stadiums and arenas. They are values that shape society. The Olympic Committee of BiH is a place where a different story is written, a story of a better, more noble tomorrow, where every athlete, coach, and citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina becomes a partner in creating a more humane future. This is our duty, our honor, and our path," said Radjo.
The Athlete of the Year 2025 ceremony was held in the presence of the most prominent figures of Bosnian-Herzegovinian sports and the sports public, the Olympic Committee of BiH announced.
