BiH's best skier Muzaferija scores points in the World Cup: 24th in Kvitfjell

The best female skiers in the world are in Kvitfjell, Norway, this weekend, where World Cup races in downhill and super-G are taking place. After BiH's best skier, Elvedina Muzaferija, finished 47th and 43rd in two downhill races, she competed in the super-G on Sunday.

Elvedina started with number 27 and crossed the finish line in 21st place, with a 2.10-second gap behind the leader.

In the end, this was enough for her to take the 24th position and score more points in the World Cup.

Elvedina earned seven new points in the super-G standings as well as in the overall World Cup standings.

The victory went to Italy's Federica Brignone with a time of 1:30.11. Second place went to Switzerland’s Lara Gut Behrami (+0.06), while third place went to another Italian, Sofia Goggia (+0.09).
