"I extend my sincere congratulations to Jasmila Zbanic and the crew of the film “Quo Vadis, Aida?” on this extremely successful project. The very fact that this film has strongly renewed the interest of the international public in the genocide in Srebrenica is an extremely important thing for the protection of the truth about this crime," Dzaferovic stated in his message.

He added that the film crew has every right to be proud of the fact that their artistic work and hard labour contributed to the memory of the Srebrenica genocide.
