Between 1 August 2024 and 1 August 2025, trade between Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Croatia rose by 27.5% to €2.95 billion, the BiH Chamber of Commerce reported. Croatia remains BiH's top trading partner.
BiH exports to Croatia grew 18.5%, from €884 million to €1.04 billion, while imports from Croatia rose 32.5%, from €1.44 billion to €1.91 billion.
Key BiH exports to Croatia include agricultural products (fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy) and industrial goods (wood, metal, textiles). BiH imports from Croatia mainly mineral fertilisers, automotive parts, industrial machinery, and chemicals.
Other major BiH trading partners are Serbia (€2.03 billion), Germany (€1.68 billion), Slovenia, and Italy.
