Bosnia issues document allowing use of Sinovac vaccines donated by Turkey

Bosnia’s Civil Affairs Ministry and Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices issued a document enabling the two semi-autonomous entities in the country to begin the process of vaccinating the population against COVID-19 with the Sinovac vaccines which Turkey donated to Bosnia last week.

The 30,000 doses of the Sinovac vaccine arrived at the Sarajevo International Airport on March 28.

The donation was previously announced by Turkey’s President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during a recent visit of Bosnia’s Presidency members to his country.
