Bosnia and Herzegovina has logged 273 new coronavirus cases and 14 fatalities, the healthcare authorities confirmed on Sunday.

The new results come from 1,675 lab tests performed on those who reported the infection symptoms.

The Federation entity (FBiH) confirmed 161 new cases out of 1,233 those who tested, bringing the total in this part of BiH to 159,641. Six COVID-19 patients died over the past 24 hours and two deaths were reported retroactively, so the death toll now stands at 6,310.

In Republika Srpska entity (RS) 103 of 317 tested positive for the novel coronavirus in the last 24 hours. The coronavirus total in this part of BiH now stands at 81,117 and with eight new fatalities the death toll is at 4,662.

Brcko District reported nine new COVID-19 patients out of 125 those who tested, bringing the total to 8,205. The authorities also confirmed three new fatalities, 393 in total.
