Bosnia national team opened the EuroBasket competition with a significant win, defeating the Hungarian team 95:85.
The best among the Bosnian players were NBA star Jusuf Nurkic and Real Madrid newcomer Dzanan Musa scoring 19 points each, followed by JOhn Roberson who scored 18 and Miralem Halilovic with 16 points.
Hungary took the lead in the beginning of the game, finishing the first quarter with result 23:17. They opened the second quarter in the same pace but the Bosnian team build a better defense and managed to reduce the Hungarian lead to only one point, finishing the first half with result 46:45.
The Bosnians entered the second half with a much better game, taking the lead and keeping it until the end of the match.
Bosnia's next opponent is Germany and the match is scheduled for Saturday.
