A total of 1,099 new coronavirus infections were confirmed and 27 COVID-19 patients passed away in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the past 24 hours, healthcare authorities said on Wednesday.
In Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) entity, 633 of 2,767 people tested since Tuesday were confirmed infected and 20 died due to the disease.
In the other semi-autonomous entity, Republika Srpska (RS), 439 of 956 people tested were positive for the virus and seven patients died.
Bosnia’s Brcko District registered 27 new infections.
