A total of 2,539 people tested positive for the coronavirus and 50 COVID-19 patients passed away in the past 24 hours in Bosnia and Herzegovina, healthcare authorities said on Tuesday.
In Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) entity, 1,802 of 4,310 people tested since Monday were confirmed positive for the virus and 24 died from the disease.
In the other semi-autonomous entity, Republika Srpska (RS), 1,131 people were tested and 584 were confirmed positive, while another 24 patients died.
Bosnia’s Brcko District registered 153 new infections and two COVID-19 fatalities.
