Bosnia and Herzegovina has logged 1,758 new coronavirus cases and another 15 fatalities, the healthcare authorities confirmed on Saturday.

The new results came from 3,477 lab tests performed on those who reported the infection symptoms.

The Federation entity confirmed 1,496 positive outcomes of 2,989 lab tests performed over the past 24 hours. The region's coronavirus total is now at 204,269. With seven more coronavirus-related deaths, the region's death toll stands at 7,664.

Republika Srpska entity confirmed 172 new Covid-19 cases out of 334 lab tests performed, bringing the coronavirus total in this part of the country to 99,222. The region's death toll stands at 5,625, with eight new deaths reported over the past 24 hours.

Brcko District reported 90 new cases out of 154 tests performed and no fatalities.
