Bosnian generals urge NATO to counter Russian influence in Balkans

The Association of Generals of Bosnia and Herzegovina has sent a formal letter to NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, warning that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik are acting as proxies for the Russian Federation in the Balkans.
