The Bosnian Muslim charity "Merhamet" sent five truckloads of flour to the people of Gaza on Thursday, which is around 100 tons of this foodstuff, the total value of which is some 209,000 Bosnian marks (some €100,000).
According to the "Merhamet" president, Kenan Vrbanjec, the flour should arrive at the destination on Friday, where it will be distributed to the vulnerable population in Gaza.
“The funds for the purchase of 100 tons of flour were provided in cooperation with the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He added that "Merhamet" has collected over 900,000 marks (nearly €450,000) for the vulnerable population in Gaza during the current campaign to collect aid for the enclave.
