Bosnian officials submit Constitutional Court appeal against RS laws

Authorized representatives of Bosnian officials, including Denis Becirovic, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Zvizdic, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, and Kemal Ademovic, Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples, have submitted an appeal to the Constitutional Court of BiH. The appeal requests a constitutional review and a temporary measure following the signing of a decree by Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, which enacts unconstitutional laws banning the work of the Court, Prosecutor’s Office, High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV), and the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in the RS entity.
