Bosnian religious and political leaders congratulated Orthodox Christmas

Bosnia's tripartite Presidency members and other high-ranking officials, public and religious dignitaries congratulated Orthodox Christmas to Orthodox faithful and high priests.

Bosniak Presidency member Sefik Dzaferovic told the metropolitan bishop of Dabar-Bosna Hrizostom he wished him and all Orthodox faithful happy holidays, to spend them in good health and joy with their dearest.

Croat member Zeljko Komsic told Hrizostom Christmas brings great to all the faithful, inspiring them to renew their love, faith and progress in relations among peoples. It teaches them to be kind to each other and to help those in need.

Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik's message to Hrizostom said that Christmas eve and Christmas should be a waypoint in these difficult and tempting times.
“I wish these holidays bring you the strength to cope with all the challenges, especially during the pandemic which has taken many lives across the world,” Dodik wrote.

Bosnian Archbishop Vinko Puljic wished all the orthodox dignitaries and faithful in the country peace and joy in their hearts, families and among peoples.

Deputy Chairman of BiH House of Peoples Dragan Covic congratulated the upcoming Christmas on his own and on behalf of the Croat people in Bosnia saying may God's joy and light bring all people lots of health, peace and joy.
