This June, 166,172 travellers visited Bosnia and Herzegovina, or 17.3% more than in June 2022, and their overnight stays increased 8.5% to 333,409, the Bosnian statistical office reported on Tuesday.

Those were record high numbers, according to the agency.

The highest number of foreign arrivals was from Turkey. Serbian and Croatian guests followed, and also visitors from Germany, Slovenia and Poland made it top six.

In terms of the length of their stays, tourists from Albania, Kuwait and Denmark paid longest visits in June.
