A total of 227 permits for arms exports were issued in BiH, of which 222 permits were partially or fully used, Srpska.info news portal said on Thursday.

The value of the planned export according to the issued permits was 257,027,210 euros, and the total value of the realized amount was 119,137,029 KM.

These data are stated in the Report that arrived from the Council of Ministers to the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to established practice, the information is several years old, so this report also refers to the year 2019.

Out of a total of 50 countries in the world for which export licenses were issued, licenses were not implemented for Chad, India and Kazakhstan.

On the other hand, more than 65 percent of exports refer to Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, said Srpska.info.
