Bosnia's FBiH Supreme Court overturns acquittal in the 'Dzenan Memic' case

The Supreme Court of Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) entity has partially upheld the appeal of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, filed after an acquittal in the "Dzenan Memic" case. According to the Sarajevo CantonProsecutor's Office spokesperson, Azra Bavcic, the verdict against Ljubo and Bekrija Seferovic was revoked and a hearing before the FBiH Supreme Court was ordered.
