The health condition of the Chairman of Bosnia’s tripartite Presidency and its Serb member, Milorad Dodik, has mildly improved and he tested negative for the coronavirus on Monday, the hospital where he is being treated said.
Dodik was admitted to the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska (UKC RS) on December 20 due to nausea and stomach pain. His office said a day before that he went into home isolation after he had contact with a person who had tested positive for the virus.
Dodik was tested several times, and on Tuesday, he tested positive for the virus. He was also diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia.
“Mr. Dodik is under the constant supervision of the council, and our doctors are in constant consultation with eminent experts from Serbia and abroad,” the UKC RS said on Monday.
