Brammertz: Stanisic, Simatovic contributed to crimes by paramilitary forces

The convictions of Jovica Stanisic and Franko Simatovic today are steps forward in ensuring accountability for those most responsible for the atrocity crimes committed during the conflicts in the former Yugoslavia.
